Fallbrook Pueblo

This house literally rose from the ashes. The Owner’s existing ranch house, built in the 1960’s, was destroyed in the massive San Diego County fires of 2007. The house was replaced with an energy efficient pueblo contemporary residence that exceeded California Title 24 energy requirements by 72%. Composed of a mixture of cement, recycled polystyrene and water, the walls are 14” thick and are manufactured by Perform Wall. Additionally, 350 year-old lumber reclaimed from the Mt. Palomar fire us used throughout the interior and front door.
